For those who are already not familiar with the whole incident, Daniel_K, a community modder, was recently threatened with potential legal action by Creative Labs. He was altering Windows XP drivers so that many sound cards from Creative would have full functionality in Windows Vista. Keep your eyes peeled everyone.
